Many AULI pieces are made in small quantities and produced once an order is placed. This allows us to make more intentionally and avoid unnecessary stock.
How Pre-Orders Work
When you purchase a pre-order item, your piece goes into production after your order is confirmed.
Please allow up to 5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Once your piece has been completed and dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Your total delivery time includes both production and shipping.
Production: Up to 5 business days
Estimated shipping after dispatch:
- Kenya: 1–3 business days
- East Africa: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Africa: 3–7 business days
- International: 4–10 business days
This means most pre-orders should arrive approximately:
- Kenya: 6–8 business days from order
- East Africa: 7–10 business days from order
- Rest of Africa: 8–12 business days from order
- International: 9–15 business days from order
These are estimates. Customs clearance, public holidays and courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
After 24 hours, production may already have started and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to change your delivery address or another order detail, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production or shipping has started, we may not be able to make changes.
Delays
Because each piece is handcrafted, an occasional production delay may happen.
If your order is expected to take significantly longer than the original timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate.
Returns
Standard pre-order pieces are covered by our normal 14-day Returns & Refunds Policy once delivered.
Personalised, bespoke or specially altered pieces cannot be returned for change of mind.
Payment
Full payment is taken when the pre-order is placed. This secures your piece and allows production to begin.
